Other questions
The race is held on Saturday 3 October 2026 in Rettenberg in the Allgäu, Bavaria, Germany.
A Geländelauf is a terrain race. It is run over natural, off-road ground such as fields, tracks and forest paths rather than on paved roads, which is what gives this autumn event its character.
The adult programme covers U18, Damen, Herren and Masters classes. Confirm your exact category and its start time with the organiser when you register.
Because the course is on natural terrain, trail or cross-country shoes with decent grip are the sensible choice, especially if the ground is wet after autumn rain.
The organiser's website and registration page carry the most recent details, including start times, course information and any last-minute changes. Always check these shortly before race day.
