Get ready for an exhilarating experience at the Zig Zag Running Thetford Festival of Running on Sunday, February 21, 2027! Hosted by Zig Zag Running, this vibrant event takes place at the scenic High Lodge in Thetford Forest, Brandon. Choose from 5k, 10k, 15k, Half Marathon, Marathon, and Ultra Marathon distances, all on a 5km loop course. Enjoy excellent amenities including water and aid stations, discounted parking, and a bespoke medal. The event is cup-less, so bring your own cups or bottles.

Yes, the event is cup-less. Please bring your own reusable cups or bottles. Water and aid stations will be available for refilling.
The course is mainly on pathways with some trail sections. Road trainers are recommended, but trail shoes may be useful if the weather has been wet.
Yes, for some distances you can opt to do more laps (e.g., Heavy Half can do 6 or 7 laps instead of 5, and Ultra can do up to 12 laps) subject to time available.
Members of UK Athletics (UKA), Association of Running Clubs (ARC), and Trail Running Association (TRA) save £2 on entry.
