Parking · FreeYes, there is parking around Roundhay Park but it is limited. Please plan your journey to arrive on time.

AccessibilityWheelchair friendly

Marshals on courseAbsolutely! If you miss out on a place or just want to help out on the day and marshal that would be great. Typical volunteer hours are from 8am until around 12pm and all volunteers will get drinks, snacks and a free entry to any Fix Event! Please get in touch by sending an email to [email protected].

Before you enter

RefundsUp to 14 days before the event you can cancel and receive a 60% refund (excluding online admin fee) or transfer to another Fix Event (£5 transfer fee). After that, no refunds or transfers.

TransfersYou can transfer your place to someone else by emailing [email protected]. Transfer to another Fix Event costs £5.

DeferralsNo deferral mentioned.

If the race is cancelledIf the event is cancelled by The Fix Events, you are entitled to a full refund or transfer to another Fix Event of equal value.

Bad weatherIf the event has to be postponed, an alternative date will be arranged. If access to a published course is restricted, an alternative course will be used.

Minimum ageYes, there is a Kids 1.5k Run for £10.00.

DogsYes, we love to see dogs running with their owners! Please ensure your dog is on a short lead/harness and that you are careful on the course and respect other runners and park users.

HeadphonesYes we do allow this but please note it is your responsibility to make sure you can hear what's going on around you when running, including marshals and general public.

Time limitWe typically have a cut off time of 2 hours to complete the 5k/10k races from when the event starts. 3 hours for half marathons. Walking part of a 5k event is typically fine but the 10k races are mostly for running.

Other questions

The course is flat and on paths. Road running shoes are recommended. The 5k is one lap, the 10k is two laps, and the half marathon is four laps plus an additional 1.1k loop.

Yes, dressing up in Yorkshire attire is highly encouraged!

Yes, buggies are ok on the course.

If you want to drop down a distance you can do so within your Fix Profile. If you want to upgrade distance please contact us. There will be a standard £5 upgrade fee and you must action this at least 7 days ahead of event day.
