Runners cover 30km over six laps of the certified loop inside the park. A checkpoint falls at the end of the fifth lap, around the 25km point, and anyone reaching it after 13:50 cannot begin the sixth and final lap. The time limit is 3 hours 40 minutes, and a pacemaker is set for this distance.

Entries run from 00:00 on 6 June 2026 to 23:59 on 10 December 2026. Even inside that window, registration closes as soon as an event reaches its entry limit.
No. Proxy running leads to disqualification and the runner is not covered by the event insurance.
The fee includes admission to Showa Memorial Park, priced at 450 yen for senior high school students and above, with junior high school students and younger entering free.
A sealed envelope containing the participation guide, park admission ticket and your race number card is posted about one week before the event. Bring the envelope to reception on race day and show the reception number printed on it.
Check-in is at Undo Hiroba inside Showa Memorial Park. It opens from 9:30 to 10:10 for the parent and child 1km pair, 9:30 to 10:30 for the 30km and half marathon, and 10:40 to 11:30 for the 5km and 10km.
