The Y Marathon Club Summer Series brings runners and walkers to Auckland Domain on Thursday evenings through Daylight Saving, and this fourth fixture of the series takes place on 22 October 2026. Participants meet outside the main grandstand and pick either a single 5km lap or a two-lap 10km, all on the surfaced paths and parkland of the Domain. Walkers and slower runners head off at 5.30pm and the main field starts at 6pm, giving the evening a relaxed midweek club-night feel in the middle of the city.

Yes. Walkers and slower runners have their own earlier start at 5.30pm so they can enjoy the course without pressure from the runners.
