This is a community evening run for women in Victoria Park, Ashford, organised by CSU Ashford and hosted by officers from the Kent Police Ashford Neighbourhood Policing Team. Participants gather at the park fountain, complete a light group warm-up, then set off on either a 5 km route or a shorter 2.5 km route through the park. Officers run alongside the group to promote personal safety and to give women a chance to exercise together in a supportive setting. The sessions are held once a month through the winter months and on darker evenings, and all abilities are welcome with nobody left behind.
