The Women's Run + Coffee Social meets on Palace Lane in Beaulieu and follows the Buckler's Hard Walk out towards the water, covering roughly 3.4 km in each direction with a pause between the outbound and return legs. The running is deliberately easy and conversational rather than timed, so the pace stays gentle and new runners are welcome to take part. The morning closes with a coffee catch-up so participants can meet one another, and the whole outing is listed at about three hours.
