Winter Run Stockholm takes place on the evening of 30 January 2027 on Djurgården in Stockholm, with the start area at Skansen. The 5K combines winter running inside Skansen with a loop around Djurgården, running over roughly 57 percent asphalt and 43 percent gravel with 72.8 metres of climbing per lap, while the 10K covers two laps of the same circuit. A 1.3K kids race opens the evening at 16:30, followed by the 5K at 17:00 and the 10K at 18:00. Lights, fire baskets and fire performances illuminate the course through the winter darkness. The event is organised by Marathongruppen together with Hässelby SK and Spårvägens FK, and the published start times are still preliminary.

The organisers light the course with lights and fire baskets, and fire performances take place along the route during the winter evening. Reflective or bright clothing is still a good idea.
The area around the start and finish at Skansen is the easiest place to watch, and the Djurgården loop gives further viewpoints where the lit course passes by.
