Other questions
We encourage everyone to take the event at a comfortable, manageable pace. However, cut-off times apply to ensure the course can be operated safely (roads reopened, marshals stood down, etc.). If you plan to walk the full distance, you’re unlikely to meet the cut-offs.
All Irish-based entries who signed up before the postal cut-off will receive their number in the post a week before the event. Anyone who signed up after this will have to collect their number. Overseas and incomplete addresses must collect their race number.
Numbers are dispatched in batches. If yours hasn’t arrived, collect at the Help Desk before the race.
Your number will be held for you to collect at one of the number collection sessions.
You can drop to a shorter distance, please note you must let our team know in advance.
