RefundsNo refunds for illness, injury, or any reason. Refund protection available at purchase.

TransfersYes, you can transfer your entry to another runner up to 48 hours before the race. This is free of charge. The new runner must provide their details.

DeferralsYes, you can defer to the following year's race or another Nice Work event up to 48 hours before the race. A £5 fee applies.

If the race is cancelledIf cancelled due to circumstances beyond control, no refunds; deferral or transfer to another event offered.

Bad weatherIn severe weather, start time may change, race may be postponed or cancelled.

DogsDogs are not mentioned as permitted; likely not allowed for safety reasons. Please check with the organiser.

HeadphonesIn-ear and over-ear headphones are not permitted. Bone-conducting headphones are allowed, but please keep the volume low to hear marshals.

Time limitYes, there is a 6-hour cutoff for the marathon. If you expect to take longer, please contact the organiser.
