The Welser City Night Run sends runners through the streets of Wels on a Thursday evening at the end of September. The course covers roughly 5.2 kilometres through the Upper Austrian city centre after dark, with the way lit by street lamps and event lighting. Runners of every level set off together in the evening, and the city-centre finish brings spectators right up to the edge of the course.
