The course sets off from the southwest corner of the park, opening with a gentle climb across open ground before turning into a quiet stretch of trees. Runners then find their rhythm on the service road and roll through wooded trails, where the surface turns rougher underfoot in places. The route loops back on itself to close the circuit, offering a mix of park path, road and trail that looks its best once the autumn colours arrive. Everything starts at 9:15 AM, with running, team and walking options all sharing the same wooded loop.

It is a looped park circuit that opens with a gentle incline across open ground before heading into a quiet stretch of trees. From there it follows a service road and rolling wooded trails, with some rougher ground to keep you alert, and returns to the start to complete the loop.
Yes. The 2.25 mile Walk is a separate category over the same park circuit and all categories start at the same time, so walkers and newer runners share the morning with the competitive field.
Yes. Both the 5K and the 8K are offered as team entries alongside the individual races.
