Three stages on consecutive days: the 5 km UPHILL Vouga, the 38 km Vouga Trail Longo and the 22 km Vouga Trail Curto, for a combined total of about 65 km.

Race Day

Three-day event: Friday hosts the UPHILL Vouga at 16:00 and the opening stage of the VT Green Stages; Saturday hosts the 55 km Ultra at 07:30 and the 38 km Longo at 08:30; Sunday hosts the 22 km Curto at 08:30 and the 14 km Mini Trail at 09:30. Mandatory material checks run from 07:00 to 09:10 depending on the race.

Before you enter

RefundsThe organisation is not obligated to refund registration fees for athletes unable to attend on race day. If an athlete requests to change their registration to a shorter distance race, any difference in price will not be refunded. Within 24 hours after registration, entrants can get a full refund if they change their mind.

If the race is cancelledThe organisation is not obligated to refund the registration fees of athletes who have already confirmed their participation but are unable to attend on the day of the event.

Minimum ageThe Vouga Ultra Trail is open to runners aged 18 and over. There is also a kids run as part of the event programme.

Time limitThe 38 km Vouga Trail Longo has a cut-off of 5h30 of race time at Ribeiradio (Sr.ª Dolorosa, km 25). The 55 km Vouga Ultra Trail has three cut-offs: 2h30 at Silveira (km 13.5), 5h30 at Ribeiradio (km 25) and 10h30 at Silva Escura (km 45).
