The Volta a Peu a Daimús is a popular 8 kilometre street race held in the small coastal town of Daimús in the Valencian Community. It is a 'volta a peu', one of the traditional town-centre road races that fill the calendar across Valencia province each autumn, run on tarmac through the streets with local crowds lining the route. The thirteenth edition takes place on Sunday 18 October 2026 and is held as a memorial to Francisco Javier Fuster Motos. The race is open to adult runners and the day is organised in the relaxed, family-friendly way that these local Valencian races are known for.

On the day

ParkingDaimús is a small coastal town and parking is on the streets, so arrive early to find a space near the start. The nearest railway station is in neighbouring Gandia, about four kilometres away, and local bus services connect Gandia with Daimús along the coast.

Marshals on courseYes. The route runs through the streets of Daimús and is marked and marshalled in the usual way for a town race, so navigation is straightforward. Follow the signs and the instructions of the marshals at junctions.
