This is a virtual challenge, so participants walk or run their chosen distance wherever they like, on a street, in a park, on a treadmill or in another city entirely, and at whatever pace suits them. Distances on offer run from a gentle 3 km walk through 5 km walking or running up to a 10 km run. Once the distance is done, proof of completion is uploaded to the athlete area of the Minhas Inscrições platform by 1 October 2026. Every entry includes a 3D medal and a participation certificate, with reduced pricing for participants aged 60 and over and a combined grandparent entry.
