Minimum ageFollowing Scottish Athletics guidance, runners in the 5K should be 11 or older and runners in the 10K should be older than 15. Children under these ages remain the responsibility of a parent or guardian, who should stay on site during the event.

DogsDogs are not permitted and the course is not canicross friendly. Buggies are typically allowed, but the route may include path, trail or grass, so check the route first.

Time limitCut off times are typically 1.5 hours for the 5K and 10K races.

Collecting your numberRace bibs are collected at the registration desk on the day, typically opening about an hour and a half before the race starts. Race-day information is emailed to participants the week of the run.
