The Ultra River Ultra Świder is held on Saturday 23 January 2027 in the village of Emów in the Mazowieckie region of Poland. Runners can choose between four distances, each with its own name: 11 km as Świder Starter, 23 km as Świder Groove, 35 km as Grubo Prześwidrowany and 50 km as Ultra Świderiada. The event is a winter fixture, sitting in the heart of the Polish off-season, so entrants should expect cold conditions and plan their clothing and footwear accordingly. Full details of the routes, start times and entry fees are published through the organiser's registration page, which is the place to confirm arrangements before travelling.

Other questions
Trail shoes with a decent grip are the sensible choice for a riverside winter route. If snow or ice is forecast, shoes with studs or an aggressive lug pattern make a real difference, and many Polish winter runners carry a spare pair of dry socks in their drop bag.
The organiser has not stated the marking arrangements here. Polish winter races are normally flagged and marshalled, but carrying a phone or a watch with the route loaded is a sensible precaution if you are running one of the longer distances.
No weather policy has been published. For a January event, snow, ice or extreme cold can occasionally force a change of plan, so watch the organiser's channels in the days before the race and check your email on the morning itself.
