Expect an email or event page with packet pickup details closer to race day. Many T2T 5Ks offer a pre-race pickup option in the Wall Township area and/or race-morning pickup near the start. Bring a photo ID and your registration confirmation if required. Arrive early, especially if you need to pick up a bib, use restrooms, or check gear. Bibs typically must be worn on the front and visible.

T2T 5K events often provide timing for runners, while walkers and participants using wheelchairs or other mobility devices are welcomed on the same 5K road course. If timing is offered, your chip or bib timing tag will record your finish. Starts may be organized in waves or with faster runners at the front and walkers/rollers toward the back for safety. Follow announcer instructions and seed yourself honestly.

Expect course marshals, police or traffic control, and medical volunteers or local EMS at the start/finish and possibly along the route. If you feel unwell, stop and alert the nearest volunteer or call the emergency number printed on your bib. Hydration stations are common on 5K courses, but you can also carry your own water. In an emergency, call 911 and give your location relative to the nearest mile marker or intersection.
