The TronFjellet Ultra is a 50 kilometre trail race staged in Alvdal, in the Hedmark district of eastern Norway, on Saturday 18 September 2027. The route takes its name from the Tronfjellet mountain that rises above the village, and runners spend the day on mountain trails rather than on tarmac. It is a single-distance event with one start, so the whole field shares the day on the mountain together. Full course, entry and start details are published on the organiser's race page and should be checked there before travelling.

Other questions
The race is scheduled for Saturday 18 September 2027 in Alvdal, Norway.
Alvdal sits in the Hedmark district of Innlandet county in eastern Norway, on the edge of the Rondane and Tronfjellet mountain country.
No qualifying time or previous race result is advertised for this event, but 50 kilometres on mountain trails is a long day out, so entrants should arrive with suitable training behind them.
Alvdal in September is usually cool, with a real chance of rain, low cloud and strong wind on exposed ground. Conditions on the summits can be far harsher than in the valley, so pack for the worst and be ready to change layers.
The course runs on mountain terrain, so the easiest places for supporters are in the valley around the start and finish. Ask the organiser about access and any checkpoint where supporters can wait.
