ShuttleYes, optional paid coach transfers are available for 25km and 50km races (£12). 50km shuttle departs Loddington Farm at 08:00 to Blue Bell Hill. 25km shuttle departs at 11:20 to Detling.

Before you enter

RefundsEntry fees are 70% refundable up to 28 days before the event. After that, no refunds except under our pregnancy/postpartum/adoption policy.

TransfersTransfer to another participant allowed up to 28 days before event.

DeferralsDeferral to another Embrace Ultra event within 12 months allowed up to 28 days before. Once deferred, non-refundable. Pregnancy/postpartum/adoption: 100% refund or deferral up to 24 months.

If the race is cancelledIf cancelled, entries transferred to rescheduled date. If no alternative, 50% refund.

Bad weatherRace Director may modify course, delay, suspend, or postpone in extreme weather. Camping may be restricted if waterlogged.

Minimum ageAll participants must be 20 years or older on race day.

DogsNo, dogs or other animals are not allowed on the course or at checkpoints.

Time limitYes, each checkpoint has a strict cut-off time. Runners must leave before the cut-off to continue. The overall race cut-off is midnight (18 hours for 100km, 14 hours for 50km and 25km).
