The Transpyrenea is an adventure raid that crosses the whole of the Pyrenees from Le Perthus, on the border between France and Spain, to Hendaia (Hendaye) on the Atlantic coast. The full route covers 900 km of mountain terrain, with roughly 65,000 m of climbing and 65,000 m of descent and a high point of about 3,000 m.
