Trail La Hongrémanienne

The 16 km and 12 km marche nordique races are sold out. On-site entries are usually not available for sold-out trail events. Check the official event website and social media for a waiting list, cancellations, or official bib transfer opportunities. Do not run with someone else's bib, as this can lead to disqualification and safety issues.

The finish is designed to be convivial, with an evening of food and music. Part of the proceeds supports the Octobre Rose breast cancer campaign. After you finish, you can enjoy the post-race atmosphere, check results, and stay for awards or the meal. It is a good idea to bring a change of clothes and some cash for any extras.

Wear trail running shoes with good grip, as the route goes through woods, fields, and country lanes. October weather in Île-de-France can be cool, wet, and muddy. Dress in breathable layers, bring a light rain jacket, and consider a cap or headband. Test all clothing and shoes in training before race day.

Notify the nearest marshal or race control as soon as possible. Do not leave the course without informing them, because they need to account for all runners. If you drop out, you may be asked to return your bib and arrange transport back to the start. If you are injured, stay calm, keep warm, and wait for medical assistance.
