The Trail Fort et Vert is a winter trail event staged by the AS Mésnieroise on a Sunday in early February, with a 42 km route as its headline distance. The 2027 running is the tenth edition, and the club keeps entries, results and photo reports in one place on its own website. Entries open in the autumn and close on the Thursday before race day, so the field is settled a few days ahead of the start. Expect cold February conditions underfoot and check the official communiqué posted in the week before the race for any last changes.

The race is held in midwinter, so expect cold temperatures, damp ground and possible mud or frost on the trails. Wear layers and plan for a slower day than a summer race.
