Trail Enguerrand takes over the small town of Coucy-le-Château-Auffrique in the Aisne department of northern France on Saturday 17 April 2027. Four options are on offer on the day: the 30 km Trail des Sires, the 15 km Trail de la Vallée, the 10 km Trail du Château and an 11 km Marche Loisir for those who would rather walk than race. The routes run through the wooded hills and open countryside around the medieval castle that gives the town its name, on a mixture of trails and country paths. Runners can choose the distance that suits their training, from a short introduction to off-road running up to a longer day out of around 30 kilometres.
