The Trail du Vignoble Nantais, now in its 18th edition, winds through the Muscadet vineyard, where gentle plateaus and slopes open onto green, varied scenery between the Loire and the bocage. Runners choose the distance that suits them, from 12 km up to 75 km, and the routes follow the Sèvre Nantaise and the Maine. The weekend mixes trail races, a night race, a canitrail for runners with their dogs, a relay option and races for young children, all in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The event brings together around 3000 participants and 200 volunteers, and the programme places the races across Saturday and Sunday in Vertou.

The weekend offers seven races: the 75 km UTVN, the 44 km Super Trail Nantais and Relay, the 24 km Trail du Vignoble, the 18 km Trail Nocturne, the 13 km Canitrail Nantais, the 12 km Trail découverte, plus the races for young runners.
Yes. Students from the Lycée Briacé serve galettes with sausage, croque monsieur and crêpes, and the proceeds fund their study trip. A wine kiosk also lets visitors taste local wines from the Muscadet Truck.
Around 200 volunteers help each year. Volunteer sign-ups are made through the event's online form.
The Défis combine several races. The Saturday challenge brings together the 75 km, 12 km and 18 km for a total of 105 km, and the Saturday and Sunday challenge pairs the 18 km and 24 km for a total of 42 km.
