The Trail du Père Noël is the December night trail staged by Team Turtle Bike around Huchenneville, a village roughly 10 km from Abbeville in the Somme. The 2024 edition marks the event's tenth anniversary and offers three routes: a 32 km semi-nocturnal race, a 17 km nocturnal race timed by Chronopale, and a 9 km nocturnal randonnée trail. The courses wind through the hilly hamlets and woodland paths of the surrounding Vimeu countryside, with between 220 m and 820 m of climb depending on the distance. Club volunteers marshal the whole evening and fancy dress has become part of the tradition.

It is a night trail organised every December by Team Turtle Bike around Huchenneville in the Somme. The 2024 edition is the tenth, which is why it is billed as the 10-year anniversary.
Not everyone, but dressing up has become part of the tradition and past editions have handed out prizes for the best costumes.
The routes use the local paths and hamlets and are marshalled by club volunteers. A head torch and close attention to the course markings remain essential on the night sections.
The 9 km is the shortest distance and is aimed at walkers and less experienced runners, making it the family-friendly choice.
