The Trail du Crinchon returns to Rivière, a village in the Pas-de-Calais department of northern France, on Wednesday 11 November 2026 for its sixth edition. The programme offers two distances, 18 kilometres and 9 kilometres, and each of them is run in two formats: a trail race for runners and a non-competitive walk that anyone can join at their own pace. Both formats start and finish in the village and use the paths and tracks of the surrounding Hauts-de-France countryside, so the whole event is over within a single morning. The organisers, the association ADN de Rivière, publish the detailed routes, start times and entry fees on the event's HelloAsso page.

Yes. Both the 18 kilometre and the 9 kilometre routes have a walking option alongside the trail race, which makes the event suitable for people who prefer to cover the ground at a gentler pace or who want to take part as a group.
Everything is based in Rivière, a small commune in the Pas-de-Calais, in the Hauts-de-France region. The village sits in the countryside south of Arras, and both routes start and finish locally.
Mid-November in the Pas-de-Calais is typically cool, damp and changeable, with temperatures often in single figures and a real chance of rain and wind. Layers you can adjust, a light waterproof and a change of clothes for afterwards are the practical approach.
Yes, on-site registration is possible on race day, with a €2 surcharge.
