Trail des Citadelles is a trail running event held in the Ariège region of France. It offers five distances: 73 km solo or relay, 58 km, 40 km, 26 km and the 10 km Le Sanctus. The courses take runners through the Cathar castle country. Registration requires a valid licence or PPS, and entries are individual only. Aid stations are cup-free, so runners must carry their own cup or bottle.
