On race day, you should arrive at least one hour before your start to collect your bib and race pack. Look for the bib collection tent near the start area in Vénérand. You will need to show a valid ID and, if applicable, your medical certificate or license. For the 6 km, 13 km, and 22 km races, expect a simple bag drop and a short briefing before the start.

The closest major city is Saintes, about 15 km away. By plane, the nearest airports are La Rochelle (LRH) and Bordeaux (BOD), both with train connections to Saintes. From Saintes, you can take a taxi or hire a car to Vénérand. If travelling by train, the Saintes TGV station is the most convenient. Consider carpooling with fellow runners as parking is available on site.

At the start and finish area you will typically find water stations, portable toilets, a baggage drop, and a refreshment area with snacks and drinks. After the race, there is usually a friendly village atmosphere with local food options. For the 6 km and 1 km races, there may be activities for children. The finish line is where you can grab a drink, share your experience, and cheer on other runners.
