The Trail de Quiloury sets off from the village of Penguily in the Côtes-d'Armor, in Brittany. Two routes are on offer, a 9 km discovery trail and an 18 km trail, both of them following the river Quiloury and opening up the Méné countryside on courses the organiser describes as rich and varied. Runners are asked to bring their athletics licence or a valid PPS health certificate on race day. The previous edition, held on 9 August 2025, brought in around 600 finishers across all distances.
