The Trail de Mañón is a mountain trail race staged in the hills around Mañón in northern Galicia, a stretch of country close to the northernmost tip of the Iberian Peninsula. The 21K course runs 21 kilometres with roughly 1,300 metres of climbing and the same amount of descent, tackled solo with three aid stations along the way. Runners set off at 10:00 and have three hours and fifty minutes to reach the finish, and the field is capped at 150 participants. The event also offers a shorter promo trail and a longer Trail Mañón distance alongside the 21K. ITRA lists the 21K at finisher level 350 for its performance index.

Other questions
It is a demanding mountain trail. The 21 km route climbs around 1,300 m and descends the same amount, so there is very little flat running and the climbing is concentrated over a relatively short distance.
Mañón is reached by road from A Coruña and Ferrol, and the nearest practical airports are A Coruña and Santiago de Compostela, both of which require a hire car or a bus and train combination to reach this part of Galicia. There is no published shuttle service on the listing page.
The race is run largely on hill trails, so spectators generally see the start and finish area and can move to road crossings or village points along the course by car. The organiser has not published designated viewing points.
No weather policy is stated on the listing page. Northern Galicia can turn wet and windy at short notice in October, so runners should check the forecast and the organiser's race-day communications before travelling.
No. There is no qualification requirement for the 21K. The race is listed at ITRA finisher level 350, which relates to the ITRA Performance Index rather than an entry standard.
