The weekend takes place in the Pays de Monts state forest in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, Vendée, starting from the stade de la Forêt. On Saturday 27 February 2027 there is a timed nordic walk over 16 km, group walks of 16 km and 8 km, a children's walk and races, and the Luna Trail night run with a 19:30 start. On Sunday 28 February 2027, the trails of 24 km, 16 km and 8 km start in sequence from 9:15, with solid and liquid refreshments on the course and intermediate time cut-offs on the longest distances. Bibs are collected on Saturday from 14:00 to 17:30 and on Sunday from 7:30, and each collection requires an identity document and a complete registration file. Showers and changing rooms are available on site, and parking is planned nearby.

Resales and exchanges are only possible through the bib exchange posted on Finishers, which opens only when the race concerned is full. Bibs are non-exchangeable and non-refundable according to the regulations.
