The finish line is at Yamata Sports Park Athletics Stadium. After you finish, you can take a free shuttle bus between the athletics stadium and JR Tottori Station (south exit) or Tottori Prefectural Central Hospital. Buses run about every 20 minutes from 11:00 to 16:30 and are open to supporters as well. Runner-only shuttles also go to the hospital parking. The finish area likely has water, snacks, and a recovery area.
From Tokyo, fly to Tottori Airport (about 1h10m), then take a bus or taxi to JR Tottori Station (about 20 min). From Osaka/Kyoto, take the Super Hakuto limited express to Tottori (about 3h05m from Kyoto/Osaka). From Okayama, the Super Inaba limited express takes about 1h50m. Highway buses also connect from Kobe, Osaka, Kyoto, Himeji, and Hiroshima. Once in Tottori, use the race shuttles from JR Tottori Station or the hospital parking.
Accommodation is available in Tottori City, with options near JR Tottori Station or near the finish area at Yamata Sports Park. Staying near the station gives you easy access to race-day shuttles. Book early, as hotels fill up for marathon weekend. Check the official race website for any recommended hotels or accommodation partnerships. If you stay near the finish, you can walk to the start of the afternoon shuttle, but you'll still need to get to the start line in the morning.
