The Tri-island challenge links the Mull, Coll and Tiree events, offering a special medal and a combined-time competition for participants who complete all three races.
The course is on coastal roads, generally flat and scenic. It is suitable for runners of all abilities, but be prepared for possible wind.
There is an evening programme at An Talla featuring a dance and prizegiving ceremony.
