A 6-hour running event where participants can run as far or as little as they want around a 5.3k lapped route through Ferry Meadows country park. Runners can choose to start at 9am for the full 6 hours or at 11am for a shorter run, with both waves ending at 3pm.

Please arrive at least 45-60 minutes before the start of your wave to allow plenty of time to register and warm up.
The course is a 5.3k lapped route through Ferry Meadows country park. The terrain consists of country park footpaths and grass areas. It's an easy-to-navigate route that allows runners to focus on their pace.
Road trainers are suggested, but depending on the weather before the event, you may want to bring trail shoes if you have them.
Race bibs will be collected on the day from registration.
