Yes, runners must have completed a marathon distance race prior to the event.
No. Pacers and support runners are not permitted.
Teams of 4 runners complete the 100-mile course. Each runner must do a minimum of 20 miles. Changeovers only at designated checkpoints. Only the final mile can be run together as a team.
Yes. Discounted charity places are available for solo (£53.28) and relay (£85.11) with a minimum fundraising pledge for LOROS Hospice (£350 solo, £500 relay).
Yes. Two drop bag locations: one at a checkpoint (TBC) and one at the finish line. Maximum size 40cm x 35cm x 20cm.
