Arrive 45–60 minutes before your start to collect your race number or timing chip if they were not posted, use toilets, drop bags if available, and warm up. Kildare Town roads will be busy, so follow stewards and listen for announcements. The 5K and 10K may start in waves to manage the town-road course.

The Pudding Run is chip-timed, so your finish time is recorded automatically. Every finisher receives a medal and festive treats. Keep moving through the finish funnel, return any timing chip if required, and meet friends or family in the designated area rather than at the finish line.

The Pudding Run is on town roads, so expect marshals, course markings, and medical support along the route. Follow marshal instructions, keep to the marked course, and report any injury or hazard. If you drop out, tell a marshal and hand in your timing chip if you have one so you can be accounted for.

Fly into Dublin Airport, then take a bus or train to Kildare Town; Heuston Station has frequent trains. By car, use the M7 or N7 and town car parks. If staying overnight, choose accommodation within walking distance of the start or near the train station to avoid race-day parking and road-closure issues.
