The One in the Park - Richmond - Winter sends runners through Richmond Park in south west London over a choice of half marathon or 10K. The course is on trail rather than road, guiding runners through the different landscapes of the park, from wooded tracks to open grassland. Both distances start at 09:30 from the event village, where race numbers are collected from 08:00 on the morning. Entries include chip timing, a finisher medal, photo service, parking, drink stations, medical assistance, bag drop and toilets.

ParkingParking is listed as included with your entry. Richmond Park has several car parks inside the park, and these can fill quickly on event mornings, so arriving early is advisable.

AccessibilityThe event is not suitable for wheelchair users due to the nature of the terrain, and is also not suitable for buggies, pushchairs or strollers.

RefundsEntries can be refunded in full within 24 hours of registration if you change your mind. After that window, deferrals are the usual route up until registration closes, and an admin fee applies.

Minimum ageBoth the 10K and the half marathon are open to runners aged 17 and over.

DogsParticipants must not be accompanied by a personally owned or controlled dog during an event. Entries may be accepted from participants with medical assistance dogs, subject to them being correctly registered and identifiable as such, and subject to prior approval by the Event Director.

HeadphonesNoise-cancelling earphones and headphones are prohibited. While other earphones and headphones are discouraged in running events, participants who choose to use them should ensure they are set to a low enough volume that instructions from event officials can be clearly understood.

Collecting your numberYou can collect your race number from 08:00am at the event village in the Registration Tent. Participants should not expect to receive anything by mail.
