ParkingNo dedicated parking. Competitors must be self-sufficient. Train stations are available at both start and finish.

Aid stations · 3Yes, three checkpoints providing water and nutrition (malt loaf, cake, sandwiches, sweets, dried fruits, squash, cola). Gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options available if advised on entry.

Before you enter

RefundsEntry fees are non-refundable under any circumstance. However, you may defer to next year (with £15 fee) if request is within 4 weeks of event date.

TransfersEntry may be transferred to following year's race if request within 4 weeks of event date (at organiser's discretion). No runner may use another's details.

DeferralsPlaces can be deferred to next edition with £15 fee if event is more than 4 weeks away.

If the race is cancelledIf cancelled, an alternative date will be provided. If rescheduling not possible or competitor cannot make new date, refund less 25% out-of-pocket expenses.

Bad weatherIn case of force majeure, event may be rescheduled or cancelled.

Minimum ageAll entrants must be 20 years or over on the start day of the race.

Time limitParticipants must maintain a minimum pace of 4 mph (including stops). CP closure times: CP1 at 2h15m, CP2 at 5h12m, CP3 at 8h41m, Finish at 11h50m after start.

No, the route is NOT signed. Participants must follow the course description and use maps or GPS. Marshals are placed at appropriate points for safety.

All finishers receive a bespoke Windsor Ultra medal and either a technical t-shirt, mug or hat. First male and female receive a Champions Trophy.
