Yes, the event is suitable for both teams and solo runners.
No, the J12 is only available to solo runners. The 24-hour race offers solo, pairs, teams of 3-5, and teams of 6-8 categories.
The J12 is a race within the 24-hour event: you have 12 hours to complete 50 miles. Once you finish 50 miles, your race is over. Extra distance beyond full loops is made up on a separate section near the campsite.
Yes, solo J24 runners may have a support crew. Crew members need to purchase a non-competitor pitch via the booking system.
