The Hot Runner Virtual is a flexible running event where participants can choose their distance (5K, 10K, Half Marathon, Marathon, or Ultra) and complete it anywhere in the world at a time that suits them. Part of the Hot Runner Series, this virtual event offers free entry through the Every Mile Counts Strava club, with paid entries receiving a bespoke finisher's medal. The event is currently only available virtually for 2026 while the organizer seeks a new physical race location.

The event is scheduled for Sunday, June 7, 2026, but participants have date flexibility to complete their run at a time that suits them.
You can run anywhere in the world - choose your own location, route, and terrain.
You need to provide evidence by either joining the Ultra Running Strava group or emailing Ultra Running with your run proof (minimum requirement is a photo of your Garmin or similar device).
Not available as yet for 2026 - only virtual entries are available while the organizer looks to relocate the race location.
