Three races start from Willer-sur-Thur on Sunday 2 May 2027. The Montée climbs to the summit of the Grand Ballon, the Défi is a longer trail that passes the Ostein rock and the summit before descending through Geishouse, and the Mini-Trail is a gentle nature introduction to trail running with views over the valley. The routes are mountain tracks and trails, and the climbs and descents make up most of the day's effort. Free shuttle buses run between the summit and Willer-sur-Thur before and after the races, so runners can leave a car at the top.
