Join us for The BIG Loop 2027 on February 6th in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire! Tackle a thrilling 10-mile course solo or as a team. Enjoy camping, food, and camaraderie at the forest HQ.

Before you enter

RefundsEntry fees are non-refundable. However, if the event is cancelled, you can transfer to a new date or alternative event.

TransfersYes, you can transfer your entry to another runner free of charge up to 10 days before the event.

DeferralsOne deferral to another event up to 10 days before the event, no fee.

If the race is cancelledIf event cancelled due to circumstances outside control, entry carried forward to new date or alternative event. No refunds.

Bad weatherIn case of adverse weather, event may be postponed or cancelled; entry carried forward.

Minimum ageParticipants must be at least 12 years old on race day. Under 18s need parental consent and must adhere to UKA age-distance limits.

DogsThe terms and conditions state that entry is not transferable to any person or animal, implying dogs are not allowed. No official mention of dogs.

Time limitNo, there are no time restrictions or cutoffs. The event is designed for all paces.
