Other questions
Once you have registered, use your confirmation number to reserve a place in a wave through the organiser's online wave form. Wave A starts at 7:30am, Wave B at 8:00am and Wave C at 8:30am. Each wave is capped and closes as soon as it fills.
Just join in when you get there. Coordinators stay on site for three hours after the first wave, so there is plenty of time to start and finish.
Shirts are shipped to land at your mailing address during the week of the race. Entries received within two weeks of race day may arrive after the event, in which case wear whatever you like and run with the group anyway. Double check your full US address, including apartment number, when you register.
A final participant information email goes out on the Wednesday before race day. It contains the course map, the venue details and any updates to the wave times.
Absolutely. Every distance is open to walkers as well as runners, and there is no pressure on pace at any of the waves.
