Tampere Half Marathon is Tampere's biggest city run, held for the 14th time, offering distances of 5 km, 10 km, and half marathon. The course runs through the city center and along the city's waterways, including the shores of Lake Pyhäjärvi through arboretum landscapes. The start and finish area is at Tampere Stadium with good transport links. The Tampere Juoksee event is organized by Tampereen Pyrintö ry, bringing together young athletes and experienced veterans.
