Sztafeta Za Jednorożcem - 1-hour relay on 400 m laps

It is a relay running event held in Jednorożec in Poland's Mazowieckie region. The format listed is a one hour relay run on a 400 metre circuit, so teams keep going for an hour and see how far they can get together.

Rather than chasing a fixed distance, your team runs laps of the 400 metre circuit for one hour. Team mates take turns on the loop and hand over as often as you like, and the total distance your team covers in that hour is your result.

Yes, a 400 metre circuit is ideal for spectators because runners pass the same point again and again. Supporters can stand along the loop and cheer the team on throughout the hour.

The organiser's website is the authoritative source. Details such as start times, registration opening and race day instructions can change, so check it in the days before the event rather than relying on a calendar listing.

No weather policy is published on this listing. Events of this kind normally go ahead in most conditions, but if severe weather is forecast the organiser will publish any decision on their website.
