Starts on Oystermouth Road under Copper Bay Bridge, past Brangwyn Hall, along The Kingsway, High Street, past Swansea Castle, Princess Way, Victoria Road, back to Oystermouth Road, then Mumbles Road to Knab Rock, turn back on Promenade to Blackpill Lane and finish.

Marshals on course

ToiletsYes, toilets are located throughout the course and at the start. Female-only toilets with sanitary products and urinals are available at the race village.

Bag dropYes, a bag drop is located at the LC (doors at Museum Green).

First aid on courseProfessional medical staff are available at the start/finish line and along the course.

Aid stationsApproximately every 3 miles, 4.8 km

Before you enter

RefundsRefunds are not available unless you purchased insurance during registration.

TransfersYes, transfers are allowed via the Njuko participant dashboard until 30th April 2026. A minimum charge of £12 (plus admin) applies. No refund is given.

DeferralsYes, if you are injured, have a medical condition, or are pregnant/postpartum. Deferral must be completed by 3rd June 2026 with a £30 fee.

Minimum ageYou must be at least 17 years old on the date of the event.

HeadphonesIn line with Welsh Athletics rules, headphones are not permitted unless they are bone-conducting type.

Time limitYes, you must complete the half marathon within 4 hours. If you exceed 1 hour 53 minutes at the 10K point, you will be asked to board the sweep vehicle. Roads re-open at 1pm.
