Before you enter

RefundsNo refunds are offered. If the event is postponed, you can defer to a later event within 12 months. Deferrals must be requested at least 14 days before the event.

TransfersYes, transfers are accepted no later than 14 days prior to the event. Email [email protected] with details.

DeferralsDeferral to another event at organiser's discretion, accepted no later than 14 days prior. Valid for 1 year from original event date. One deferral only.

If the race is cancelledNo refunds offered. In case of postponement, deferral to a later event within 12 months is possible.

Bad weatherIf events beyond our control make the course unsafe, we reserve the right to delay, relocate, postpone or cancel the event or alter the course.

Minimum ageParticipants must be aged 18 or older on race day. Under 18s may enter by contacting the organiser, with a maximum of 3 under 18s per event and distance restrictions apply.

HeadphonesHeadphones and music players are not allowed during race briefing and on some courses. Check with the organiser for this specific event.

Other questions

TUGG stands for Turn Up Get Going. You can turn up any time between 7:30 and 14:30 and start your run/walk, but you must be finished by 15:30.

Each lap is 5.3k. 4 laps = half marathon, 8 laps = marathon, 9 or more laps = ultra.

Yes, absolutely all abilities of runners and walkers can take part. You have 7 hours to complete your final lap.

The course is a 5.3k tarmac out-and-back route along an old disused train line with gentle inclines and declines, and sea views at certain spots.
