Stragardalake takes runners along the southern shore of Lake Garda and into the Morainic hills behind Desenzano del Garda, on a road course that links the heart of town with vineyards, historic villages and landmark monuments. Entrants choose between three distances, and each route mixes lakeside views with quiet countryside lanes before returning towards the finish in town. Chip timing, a finisher medal, an official photo service, a race pack and refreshment points are all part of the day, and the finish area keeps going with local specialities and live music.

The distance has to be selected when you enter, because bibs, chip timing and services are organised separately for each route. If you are unsure which of the three courses suits you, contact the organisers before entries close.
Yes. The course passes through the centre of Desenzano and along the lakefront, which are easy to reach on foot for supporters and families. The atmosphere continues at the finish with local specialities and live music.
This is a road race, so the event goes ahead in the rain. If conditions become genuinely severe, the organisers may alter or suspend the course and will communicate decisions through the official website and the event social channels.
