Spring Challenge is a 7-hour timed road event on a measured 5.3 km out and back lap along a former train line near Exmouth, limited to 75 places and with a minimum age of 18. Participants can start at any time within the event window and must complete by a fixed finish deadline.

Yes, the event uses a TUGG system allowing participants to start at any time within the 7-hour event window. You must complete your run by the fixed finish deadline.
You can complete as many laps as you wish within the 7-hour time limit. Each lap is 5.3 km on an out-and-back course.
The entire course is on tarmac (paved road) along a disused railway line.
